💰 Refund & Return Policy

We follow CJ Dropshipping’s refund and return standards to ensure fair handling of every issue.
✅ When Refunds or Replacements Are Approved
We accept refund or replacement requests under these conditions:
- Product damaged or defective upon arrival
- Provide clear photos or a short video within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong item received
- Contact us within 7 days and attach photos of the product and package label.
- Package lost in transit
- If tracking shows “not delivered” within 60 days (or 90 days for remote regions), you’re eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
- Product not as described
- If the product differs significantly from the product description or images.
❌ Refunds Not Accepted For
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind).
- Wrong shipping address entered by the buyer.
- Delays caused by customs or global logistics.
- Slight variations in color, texture, or size.
🔁 Return Process
- Email support@innoproductshub.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, photos/videos, and reason for the request.
- Wait for our confirmation before returning any item.
(Please do not ship products back to our business address — returns must go to the warehouse address provided by CJ.)
💳 Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- If you don’t see it yet, please check with your bank or payment provider.
⚙️ Partial Refunds
In some cases (e.g., partial order issue or minor defects), we may offer a partial refund instead of a full one.
