💰 Refund & Return Policy

At InnoproductsHub, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We follow CJ Dropshipping’s refund and return standards to ensure fair handling of every issue.


When Refunds or Replacements Are Approved

We accept refund or replacement requests under these conditions:

  1. Product damaged or defective upon arrival
    • Provide clear photos or a short video within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Wrong item received
    • Contact us within 7 days and attach photos of the product and package label.
  3. Package lost in transit
    • If tracking shows “not delivered” within 60 days (or 90 days for remote regions), you’re eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
  4. Product not as described
    • If the product differs significantly from the product description or images.

Refunds Not Accepted For

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind).
  • Wrong shipping address entered by the buyer.
  • Delays caused by customs or global logistics.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or size.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Email support@innoproductshub.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, photos/videos, and reason for the request.
  3. Wait for our confirmation before returning any item.
    (Please do not ship products back to our business address — returns must go to the warehouse address provided by CJ.)

💳 Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • If you don’t see it yet, please check with your bank or payment provider.

⚙️ Partial Refunds

In some cases (e.g., partial order issue or minor defects), we may offer a partial refund instead of a full one.
